Odisha registers 3 more COVID deaths & 192 new positive cases

Bhubaneswar, 02/01/2021 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty )- Odisha registered 3 more COVID deaths and 192 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

The deceased have been identified as a 40-year-old male of Balangir district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, a 57-year-old male of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension and a 58-year-old male of Sundargarh district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

The COVID death toll of the state now stands at 1883.

The positive cases are from Angul: 24, Balasore: 3, Bargarh: 8, Balangir: 17, Boudh: 1, Cuttack: 10, Deogarh: 1, Dhenkanal: 1, Ganjam: 1, Jagatsinghpur: 2, Jajpur: 9, Jharsuguda: 13, Kendrapada: 9, Khurda: 10, Koraput: 1, Mayurbhanj: 9, Nabarangpur: 1, Nayagarh: 1, Nuapada: 4, Puri: 13, Rayagada: 2, Sambalpur: 16, Sonepur: 1, Sundargarh: 33 and State Pool: 2.

The positive tally of the state mounted to 330309.
