Bhubaneswar , 28/12/2022 ( Odisha Samachar )-Subhalaxmi Barik, Age-16, mother Tunilata Barik, Father – Bramhananda Barik, Son- Jyoti Prakash Barik, reading in Class -6th and they are living at Ramapur slum, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar. Subhalaxmi Barik affected by severe thalassemia disease from childhood and also victim of Diabetis. Every months she received blood alongwith taking treatment at AIIMS, Hi-Tech Medical College, BMC Hospital, Capital Hospital. Due to sever deterioration of health day by day, stop education at 10th class. Her father is a Class-IV employee of National Council of Teacher Education, Eastern Region, New Delhi and his salary mostly made expenditure on treatment of his daughter. As a result difficult to read his son and even unable to provide two square meals in a day. 
National Council of Teacher Education Eastern Regional Committed was established at Nilakantha Nagar, Bhubaneswar during 1995 and 2018 this office was likely to shift New Delhi. In this critical juncture Mrs. Tunilata Barik, W/o- Bramhanada Barik written letter to NCTE Hqrs., New Delhi with prayer on Medical Ground her husband to settled at Bhubaneswar. NCTE Hqrs. New Delhi issued letter No. 76717 dtd. 05.07.2018, No. 67618 dtd. 05.07.2018 and No. 68697 dt. 30.07.2018 if this office will shift to New Delhi her husband Sri Barik could be settled at in any Central Govt. office or at Regional Institute of Education, Unit-9, Bhubaneswar. On dtd. 20.09.2021 this office have shifted to New Delhi but the distress case of Mr. Barik was forgetten by the officers of NCTE, Hqrs., New Delhi. Mr. and Mrs. Barik and her daughter had written many letters to NCTE Hqrs. Chair person, Member Secretary and Regional Director but no any response to redress the grievance. However he was joined at Delhi on dt. 18.10.2022 and done duty till 18.11.2022. As such repeatedly deterioration of health every month she take 1 to 2 times blood transfusion with treatment of Diabetics, Hypoglycemia, Lungs infection, gastritics, colitis etc. Her father remain on leave from dt. 19.11.2021 as on date. Both daughter and mother written many letters / mercy petitions to President of India. Prime Minister, Education Minister, Deptt. of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Social Justice and NHRC inspite of recommendations but the officers of NCTE New Delhi in deaf year to settled her father at Bhubaneswar.
Salary of her father has stopped from June 2022. Lot of money has been made expenditure for treatment of Subhalaxmi, Medical emergencies knocking every moment. Borrowing of money from neighbor limited and there is no option to collect money for continuance of treatment. Total family in mental torture and harassment. It a question how her treatment will continue and she would live in the eternal world. Subhalaxmi has prayed to Sj. Dharmendra Pradhan to meet him and to express her heartfelt sarrows to absortion her father in any Central Govt. office located at Bhubaneswar enable to provide fed to family and continuance of treatment through news the published in daily English print media
