On this aspicious day  Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President and Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik laid the foundation stone for construction of a new party office Building in Bhubaneswar.  With Covid-19 protocols this  Bhoomi Pujan occasion held in presence of  Senior party leaders and workers .
