TIMBER WORTH RUPEES ONE LAKH SEIZED.
Cuttack, 7/7/2021 ( Odisha Samachar )-On getting reliable information regarding illegal hoarding of timber without any permit by Hindustan Furniture Unit at Modipada, PS-Town, Dist-Sambalpur, on 6.7.2021, a joint forest raid was conducted by the Forest Unit of 
Sambalpur Vigilance Division with the assistance of Vigilance officials and local forest staff of Sambalpur Forest Division. During the raid, 28.68 Cft. timber worth Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) was detected and seized. In this connection, one forest case has been registered vide O.R. Case No-18 of 2021-22 of Town Range, Sambalpur Forest Division, Dist. Sambalpur.
