5thProject Governing Committeefor Rengali Irrigation Project held

Emphasis was to resolve pending bottlenecks for smooth completion of the project.

Bhubaneswar 03/06/2025  ( Odisha Samachar /Rajat Mohapatra)-The 5th Project Governing Committee meeting for Rengali Irrigation Project was held on Monday dt.02.06.2025 under the Chairpersonship of Smt. AnuGarg, IAS,  DC-cum-Additional Chief Secretary to Government,  Water Resources,Odisha.

In the meeting held at LokSevaBhawan, emphasis was to resolve pending bottlenecks due to Land Acquisition, Forest Diversion Proposal, coordination with Railway and other issues for smooth completion of the project.She followed up the issues with Ministry of Finance,GoI too.

The next review meeting has been fixed after a month. Till then all concerned were asked to resolve issues so that the project can be completed soon.
