Bhubaneswar, 27/4/2025 ( Odisha Samachar )-GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar successfully conducted a series of grooming sessions titled “Conducting Personal Interviews (PI)” for its faculty members. The sessions were held from 5th December 2024 to 27th March 2025, spanning a total duration of 32 hours. The program was conducted by Mr.Nasim Khan, a seasoned Corporate Trainer with extensive experience in soft skills and interview training.
A total of 35 eminent faculty members from various departments participated in the training. The primary objective was to equip faculty with the necessary tools and techniques to shape students’ careers by making them industry-ready through proper interview skill development. The sessions were highly interactive and insightful, focusing on real-world applications and strategies for conducting effective personal interviews.
The program concluded on 27th March 2025 with a closing ceremony. One group was recognized and awarded for their best performance throughout the sessions. The trainer, Mr.Nasim Khan, was felicitated by the Registrar, Prof. Tarun Kumar, for his invaluable contribution. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Prof. SaumendraBehera, PIC Student Welfare.
The training was widely appreciated and proved to be highly impactful in refreshing and enhancing the interview skills of the faculty members.
