Bhubaneswar,15/02/2025( Odisha Samachar / Rajat Mohapatra )-  A meeting on integration of different software for Cess Collection under Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (OB&OCWW Board) has been held today in the P&C Department Conference Hall, LokSevaBhawan under the Chairmanship of Smt. AnuGarg, IAS, DC-cum-ACS, Odisha.

            Smt. ChithraArumugam, IAS Principal Secretary to Government, Labour& ESI Department briefed about the requirement of the software integration with NirmanShramik Portal for seamless deposit of the Cess amount collected by the cess collectors at source, to the Board within the prescribed timeline.This integration will certainly help in enhancing the Cess collection of the Board in the coming years.

            The meeting was attended by Smt. UshaPadhee, IAS Principal Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, Commerce& Transport Deptt. Sri IndramaniTripathy, IAS, Labour Commissioner, Odisha,Dr. N.ThirumalaNaik, IAS, Vice Chairman, BDA, Special Secretary, Finance Department, Additional Secretary from PR&DW and R.D Deptt., Additional Commissioner, BMC along with senior officers from different Departments and OB&OCWW Board.
