Bhubaneswar, 04/08/2023 ( Odisha Samachar )- New Head Turner, Ekta Trust & BJP Training Cell has been socializing their Activity of providing crash course on running beauty Parlour comprising makeup, hair styling, facial etc. For empowering common women’s to enhance their financial strength and livilyhood. Since women empowerment is the process in which elaborate and recreate what it is that they can be, what they can do and what they can accomplish in a circumstance that they were previously denied.
The economic empowerment creates power in individuals over their own lives, society and in their communities. Women are empowered when they are able to access the opportunities available to them without limitations and restrictions. Feeling entitled to make decisions creates a sense of empowerment. It includes the action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training. In short women empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society.
The Ekta Trust has thoughtfully selected this activity of guiding the girls for setting up beauty Parlours whereby they would be economically independent while the BJP Training Cell Provided the benificaries.
The Head Turner facilitated adequate training and knowledge on beauty Parlours such as makeup, hair styling, facials etc. in the workshop about 50 girls availed of the benefits of the program which was meant exclusively for unemployed girls and womens. The Training session Innagurated by The BJP Training Cell Coordinator Sri Rabi Moharana, Ekta Trust Chairman Diptirekha Pattnaik in presence of the CMD New Head Turner Junti Hota.
