On it’s 27th annual foundation day of Smrutilipi Sahitya Magazine ,Jajpur on last Sunday evening in the premises of Shreerambhanj Bhawan this felicitation has been honoured by Dr. Prafulla Chandra Ghadai ,ex finance Minister of Odisha in presence of Padmashree Sj.
