Style, substance, high octane bike chases and some death defying stunts – if you’re an action fan, you’re definitely in for a treat as Asst. Commissioner Arjun traces the mastermind behind a series of crimes. But not just that, Valimai is also a film with a message where we see a socially responsible cop who understands perfectly, the socio-economic reasons behind crimes and believes that criminals deserve a second chance.
