Kubbra Sait takes over her Instagram and shares a heartfelt note on World Suicide Prevention Day. The actress talks about normalising emotions like hurt, angry, crying and talks about the importance of seeking help and checking on one another. Sharing a video on Instagram Kubbra wrote, “It’s okay to feel hurt.
It’s okay to get angry.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to talk.
It’s okay to ask for help.

But, it’s not okay to stay quiet.
It’s not okay to shut oneself.
It’s not okay to keep suffering.
