Compulsory retirement IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak approved by the President if India

Bhubaneswar, 3/5/2021 ( Odisha Samachar )- Recommendation of Odisha State Government for compulsory retirement of 1987 batch IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak approved by the President of India Ramnath Kobind .

As part of the zero tolerance policy towards corruption, the state Government had recommended the President of India for compulsory retirement of the 1987-batch Odisha cadre IFS officer . Odisha Vigilance arrested Abhay Kant Pathak in November last year on the charges of amassing disproportionate assets.
