Cuttack,6/12/2021 ( Odisha Samachar )- today, on the allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income, simultaneous house searches have been launched on the properties of Sri Achyutananda Khuntia, Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO), Jhankarpali Gram Panchayat, Jujumura Block, Dist-Sambalpur at 4 places i.e. 1) residential building at Maulibandhapada, Kuchinda, Dist-Sambalpur, 2) house at native village Subarnapali, Dist-Sambalpur, 3) three nos. of stall at Subarnapali, Dist-Sambalpur and 4) office room at Jhankarpali GP, Jujumura Block, Dist-Sambalpur today i.e. on 6.12.2021 by 4 teams of Odisha Vigilance led by 2 DSsP, 3 Inspectors, 2 ASIs and other staff on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Hon’ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.
1 double storeyed building at Maulibandhapada, Kuchinda, Dist-Sambalpur, 1 single ACC sheet building at Subarnapali, Dist-Sambalpur, 3 nos of stall at Subarnapali, Dist-Sambalpur, 2 nos of plots at Kuchinda and Sankarma in Sambalpur district, 1 two wheeler, Insurance deposits over Rs.10.43 Lakh, Bank deposits over Rs.1.15 Lakh and other movable and immovable properties, all totalling to over Rs 1.12 Crore have been unearthed during the house search so far.
