Secretariat Football Team-A, Secretariat Football Team-B, I.I.T.T.M. Bhubaneswar Football Team, Commissionerate of Police Football Team, O.P.T.C.L. Football Team, O.U.A.T. Football Team, Kishore Club Football Team and Tourism Football Team participated in this football match.
The teams that won in the first league match were Kishore Club 4-0, Tourism Football Team 5-0, OUAT Football Team 4-0 and Commissionerate of Police Football Team 2-0. The teams that won to the semi-finals were Kishore Club 2-0, Tourism Football Team 6-4. In the exciting final match, both the teams Kishore Club and Tourism Football Team faced a tough competition and Kishore Club defeated Tourism Football Team 3-0 to win the Champions Trophy. Rudra Mansingh of Kishore Club was awarded the Golden Boot.
