Cuttack,29/9/2022 ( Odisha Samachar )-Today, i.e. on 29.09.2022, a short while ago, Sri Bishnu Charan Parida, ACSO, Khurdha has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting undue advantage (bribe) of Rs.50,000/- from a complainant (Authorized representative of one Rice Mill) for issuance of final verification report of KMS 2021-2022 and for conducting the inspection of the modernization work of Rice Mill. The  entire bribe amount of Rs. 50,000/- has been recovered  from Sri Parida and seized. Following trap, house search is going on at Government residential quarter of Sri Parida at 2RB/3,Road-5 unit-Bhoinagar, Bhubaneswar from DA angle.

In this connection Vigilance Cell PS Case No. 7 dt.29.9.2022  U/s 7 PC Amendment Act, 2018 has been registered. Investigation in progress against Sri Parida.
