Odisha reports 2 more COVID deaths, 315 new positive cases

Bhubaneswar, 31/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty )- Odisha reported two more COVID-19 deaths and 315 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

The COVID death toll now stands at 1,873.

The deceased have been identified as a 57-year-old female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertension & Hypothyroidism and a 76-year-old male of Puri district.

The positive cases belong to Angul: 20, Balasore: 15, Bargarh: 14, Bhadrak: 1, Balangir: 40, Cuttack: 41, Deogarh: 2, Dhenkanal: 1, Ganjam: 3, Jagatsinghpur: 5, Jajpur: 15, Jharsuguda: 7, Kalahandi: 2, Kendrapada: 10, Keonjhar: 7, Khurda: 24, Koraput: 3, Malkangiri: 2, Mayurbhanj: 17, Nabarangpur: 3, Nayagarh: 4, Nuapada: 26, Puri: 1, Rayagada: 1, Sambalpur: 26, Sonepur: 2, Sundargarh: 17 and State Pool: 6.

The total number of positive cases of the state rose to 329621.
