Bhubaneswar, 18/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty )-: Odisha registered 4 more COVID-19 deaths and 358 fresh positive cases in the last 24 hours.

The COVID death toll of the state now stands at 1829.

The deceased have been identified as a 63-year-old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Hypothyroidism & Chronic Kidney Disease, a 71-year-old male of Jagatsinghpur district, a 61-year-old male of Kendrapara district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Parkinsonism and a 60-year-old male of Puri district.

The positive cases are from Angul: 52, Balasore: 35, Bargarh: 7, Bhadrak: 1, Balangir: 13, Cuttack: 28,  Deogarh: 4, Dhenkanal: 5, Gajapati: 4, Ganjam: 5, Jagatsinghpur: 4, Jajpur: 15, Jharsuguda: 6, Kalahandi: 4, Kendrapada: 11, Keonjhar: 8, Khurda: 36, Koraput: 8, Mayurbhanj: 17, Nabarangpur: 6, Nayagarh: 1, Nuapada: 26, Puri: 1, Rayagada: 1, Sambalpur: 21, Sonepur: 1, Sundargarh: 29 and State Pool: 9

The positive tally of the state surged to 325505.
