Odisha records 4 COVID-19 deaths, 387 positive cases

Bhubaneswar, 11/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty )- : Odisha recorded 4 COVID-19 deaths and 387 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

The deceased have been identified as a 35-year-old male of Baragarh district, a 73-year-old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension & CVA, a 70-year-old male of Mayurbhanj district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease and a 70-year-old male of Malkangiri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Melitus, Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Airway Disease & Cerebro Vascular Accident.

The COVID death toll of the state now stands at 1798.

The positive cases are from Angul: 27, Balasore: 16, Bargarh: 17, Bhadrak: 21, Balangir: 16, Boudh: 2, Cuttack: 19, Deogarh: 8, Dhenkanal: 5, Gajapati: 2, Ganjam: 6,  Jagatsinghpur: 7, Jajpur: 9, Jharsuguda: 8m Kalahandi: 15, Kandhamal: 1, Kendrapada: 5, Keonjhar: 3, Khurda: 51, Koraput: 3, Malkangiri: 1, Mayurbhanj: 23, Nawarangpur: 3, Nayagarh: 3, Nuapada: 13, Puri: 14, Rayagada: 6, Sambalpur: 10, Sonepur: 2, Sundargarh: 58 and State Pool: 13.

The total number of positive cases of the state surged to 323029.
