Bhubaneswar. 28/02/2021 ( Odisha Samachar / Jyotismita Panda):   In a major fire broke out at the Satkosia eco retreat festival site near Baliput  early hours of this morning, atleast three cottages fully burnt . However  inmates  to the festival had narrowly escaped . Transport commissioner Sanjeeb Panda and his wife Special secretary of Home department Santosh Bala who were in one of the tents .  It is suspected that the fire occurred due to  electric short circuit. Local Tehsildar and Legislatire Debi Prasad Mishra reached the spot to stock the situation .
