Four arrested for kidnapping five-year-old boy in Rourkela

Rourkela/ Bhubaneswar, 17/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty ): Four persons including three women were arrested on Thursday for abducting a five-year-old boy in Rourkela.

Police rescued the boy from Midnapore area of West Bengal.

The accused had abducted the boy from the railway station area from December 4. Later, they sold him to the woman at Medinipur for Rs 1 lakh.

Meanwhile, police have reportedly handed over the boy to the Child Welfare Committee.
