Second day of the RACP Adalat of the Forest Department

Bhubaneswar.27/02/2025 ( Odisha Samachar / Rajat Mohapatra )- Today was the second day of the RACP Adalat of the Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department, which was held at the Aranya Bhavan Conference Hall. Chairman of the RACP Adalat Committee cum Additional Secretary Shri Deben Kumar Pradhan, Special Secretary Shri Dharam Hansda, Additional Secretary Mrs. Usharani Das, Financial Advisor Smt. Kalyani Malli, Senior Administrative Officer Mrs. Sabita Mallick as members of the Adalat Committee and Joint Secretary Sri Dinakrushna Kar as member-convenor of the Committee were present at the Adalat.

Chairman of the RACP Adalat Committee and Additional Secretary Shri Deben Kumar Pradhan expressed that this RACP Adalat Committee meeting has been convened on the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Odisha and Chief Secretary, Odisha. Today is the second day of the RACP Adalat Committee.

Tha Adalat was a grand success as all retired and working employees of the forest department deprived of RACP have come from far-off places of the state for submitting their applications in this Adalat for redressal of their grievances. The objective of this Adalat has been achieved as evident from the large number of applications. Employees from almost all circles have come on the second day of the RACP Adalat. Justice will be delivered to the worthy persons within the coming month after proper scrutiny of the supportive documents.

It is worth noting that a total of 256 applications were received in this 2nd day of the RACP Adalat, and employees from Koraput, Sambalpur, Rourkela, Bhubaneswar, CCF Training and Development Cuttack, and from office of the Director of Nandankanan attended the RACP Adalat. The Chairman of the RACP Adalat for the FE & CC Department, Sri Deben Kumar Pradhan granted one-month time frame and directed the concerned authorities to examine and dispose of the applications within a month.
