Bhubaneswar, 24/2/2023( Odisha Samachar ) : Odisha Budget 2023 – 24 with a total lay out of 2 Lakh 30 thousand crores gives focus on Agriculture, Irrigation, Educational & Health Services. But It has failed to increase the Kalia Yojana benefits upto 12 thousand and the BSKY limit Rs. 10 lakh for male beneficiaries and 12 lakhs for women beneficiaries.
