Bhubaneswar, 28/09/2022 (Odisha Samachar) – 2023 FIH Men’s World Cup The hockey schedule has been published. FIH will be played in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela Men’s World Cup Hockey The final, semi-final, quarter-final will be held at King’s Stadium. 20 matches will be played at Rourkela Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium. The opening match of the World Cup to be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela will be played between Argentina and South Africa at the Kaling Hockey Stadium on January 13, 2023. The second match on the same day will be played between Australia and France in Kaaling. Later that day, the first match between England and Wales will be played at the newly built Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela. Host India will face Spain in the second match. All the teams participating in the World Cup will play matches in both Bhubaneswar and Rourkela.
