Cuttack, 02/09/2022 (Odisha Samachar ) – Cuttack Special POCSO Court Judge Subas Kumar Bihari has committed suicide. He committed suicide at his official residence in CDA Sector-9. He was admitted to a private hospital in CDA. The Doctor declared him dead. The reason for the judge’s suicide remains unclear. The police have conducted further investigation into the incident.
According to the information, the judge Mr. Bihari was on leave for two days and was supposed to join the work today. It seems that he has asked the steno to send the application for one more day i.e. today. No one could believe that an innocent, simple and dutiful judge could commit such a suicide. The police have seized the dead body and sent it for autopsy and are continuing the investigation with the help of a scientific team. The police have seized a rope from the spot. In this regard, a Un natural death case has been filed in Markatnagar police station.
