Bhubaneswar, 31/7/2022 (Odisha Samachar)- 26 MLAs led by Speaker Vikram Keshari Arukh will visit New Delhi to congratulate the newly elected President Draupadi Murmu. They will reach New Delhi on 2nd. The plan is to meet the President on the 3rd and return to Bhubaneswar on the 4th. The MLAs’ travel expenses are borne by the Assembly Secretariat. Deputy Speaker Rajnikant Singh, Ministers Niranjan Pujari, Pramila Mallik, Pratap Dev, Ruling Party chief Whip Prashant Muduli, Congress MLA Party Leader Narsingh Mishra, Opposition Party General Secretary Mohan Majhi, MLAs Deviprasad Mishra, Sudam Marndi, Sharda Prasad Naik, Smanhinang Chhariya, Chandrasarathi Behera, Padmini Dayan, Leader of the Opposition Jayanarayan Mishra, Taraprasad Bhagapati, Subas Chandra Manigarahi, Nityanand Gond, Sudhir Kumar Samal, Manohar Ranhari, Rajendra Kumar Sahu, Rajkishore Das, Anant Narayan Jena, Ramesh Chandra Behera, Nauri Naik and Kusum Tete are prominent. Will be included in the visit. The current session of the assembly was scheduled to continue till the 4th. However, due to the visit of MLAs, the session is likely to end on the 1st.
