Bhubaneswar, 16/01/2021 ( Odisha Samachar / Lipsa Mishra )- : In  the last 24 hours  One more Carona  patient died while under treatment  . The deceased was a 43-year-old male from Sundargarh district and he was suffering from other ailments.the Covid death toll  raised to 1,899 in the State   . On the other hand State had reported 178 fresh COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours. Out of new 178   Positives Cases  103  from  quarantine centers and   Local contacts  75    District Wise Cases: 1. Angul: 4 2. Balasore: 7 3. Bargarh: 10 4. Bhadrak: 4 5. Balangir: 5 6. Cuttack: 4 7. Deogarh: 2 8. Gajapati: 3 9. Ganjam: 3 10. Jajpur: 7 11. Jharsuguda: 23 12. Kalahandi: 1 13. Khurda: 5 14. Koraput: 3 15. Malkangiri: 1 16. Mayurbhanj: 2 17. Nuapada: 16 18. Puri: 19 19. Rayagada: 2 20. Sambalpur: 24 21. Sonepur: 2 22. Sundargarh: 30 23. State Pool: 1

Till now total Positive cases 333127 , Out of which Recovered: 329088 . Death toll 1899 and 53 died due to other reasons . and rest 2087 Active cases under treatment . Till date Cumulative tested: 7346098
