Puri Srimandir reopens amid strict adherence to COVID norms

Puri,23/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhishek Mohanty )-  After nine long months, the Puri Srimandir reopened on Wednesday with strict adherence to the COVID norms. The servitors and their family members will visit the temple for three days from today.

Puri residents will be allowed to have darshan of Lord Jagannath from December 26 to 31by furnishing their ID and Aadhaar cards.

People from outside Puri district will be allowed to visit the 12th century shrine from January 3. The shrine has been closed since March 20 due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. The Alarnath Temple in Bramhagiri and the Kakatpur Maa Mangala Temple also reopened today.
