Odisha Cabinet Nod for a Medical College in Phulbani

Bhubaneswar, 10/12/2020 ( Odisha Samachar / Dipti Ranjan Kanungo)- The meeting of Odisha Cabinet held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik  Wednesday approved a proposal for establishment of a 100 seated  Government Medical College at Phulbani . Cabinet also approved a proposal to establish a 650 beded Teaching Hospital at Government Medical College and Hospital, Koraput . The project to be completed  in  36 months OR 3 yrs  at a cost of Rs 680 Crores .

Minister Forest & Environment and Parliamentary Affairs Bikram Keshari Arukha, Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy, Principal Secretary Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Deo Ranjan Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary Finanace Ashok Kumar Meena briefed the press after the meeting. Principal Secretary Agriculture and Farmer’s Empowerment Saurabh Garg, Secretary Works Krishan Kumar and Director I & PR Krupasindhu Mishra were present at the time of press briefing.
