Former Choudwar- Cuttack MLA Dr. Pravat Ranjan Biswal, who attended as the chief guest, formally inaugurated the program. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the divine play of Lord Jagannath is truly unique and that, with the Lord&#8217;s blessings, the &#8220;Ho Bhakate&#8221; program has attained a high standard of excellence. On the occasion, eminent personalities from various fields, including social service, environmental conservation, classical dance, and journalism, were felicitated for their outstanding contributions.
