The signing ceremony was held under the chairpersonship of Chief Secretary, Mrs. AnuGarg,IAS.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-57374 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-1-1-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-1-1-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-1-1.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chief Secretary emphasised on how mobilization of private capital investment is critical to recognition of Odisha at the national and global level in line with ViksitOdisha 2036. She further stressed on the role of IFC, the private financing arm of the World Bank Group, as the Knowledge partner for strengthening the PPP ecosystem of the State.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. ShalabhTandon, Regional Head of Operations &amp; Acting Regional Director (South Asia), IFC mentioned in his address that engagement with Government of Odisha is a high priority agenda item and IFC looks forward to making this engagement effective.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-57375 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-2-1-300x136.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"136\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-2-1-300x136.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MOU-2-1.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This joint collaboration aims atmobilizing private investment in major infrastructure projects of the State by building a pipeline of doable Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects.
