The inaugural session was attended by Smt. Smita Rout, SPD, OAVs, Smt. Niyati Pattnaik, Director, DHSE, Joint Directors Sasmita Mali and Snigdha Mishra, and Deputy Director C.H. Vijayalakshmi, among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Addressing the participants, OAVS Director Smt. Rout emphasized the pivotal role of teachers in shaping students&#8217; futures and urged them to serve as a source of inspiration for young learners. Pattnaik highlighted the significance of higher secondary education in students\u2019 academic and career development. She stressed that teachers must continuously learn and upgrade their knowledge to effectively impart education, adding that the Induction training would greatly assist them in this endeavor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, Joint Director Smt. Sasmita Mali delivered the welcome address and provided an overview of the workshop. Deputy Director Smt. C.H. The second phase, which commenced on June 16, will continue until June 20, 2026.
