Through Mission Shakti, lakhs of women in Odisha are becoming self-reliant and creating new milestones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She emphasised that the Subhadra Shakti Leadership Conference will further strengthen women\u2019s leadership, enabling them to transform from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and play a leading role in strengthening rural economy and community development. She expressed that increased leadership and participation of women will accelerate the overall development of the state. Smt.
