The programme was facilitated by Masud Alam, who guided students through interactive discussions and experiential learning activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event began with presentations of community tasks from the previous Adda, followed by a short mindfulness breathing exercise to enhance focus and participation. Ice-breaking games encouraged students to share personal and group experiences, fostering a sense of connection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Music was creatively used as a medium of expression, with patriotic songs such as Ye Jo Des Hai Mera helping participants reflect on their emotional bond with the nation.
