The workshop was jointly organised by Story-4-Change and Community: The Youth Collective, with participation from over 40 students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The programme began with students presenting their assigned community tasks, reflecting various social issues through group discussions, creative expressions and real-life observations. The session was facilitated by Masud Alam as the Lead Facilitator, along with Co-Facilitator Rashmita Kalet, who encouraged and appreciated the participants for their active involvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-56415 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/E-1-1-300x136.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"136\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/E-1-1-300x136.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/E-1-1.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>The core theme of the session focused on Appreciative Inquiry, where students explored positive approaches to understanding social realities. Through an engaging fictional \u201cLemon Story,\u201d participants learned how to observe situations objectively and overcome personal biases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the highlights of the workshop was the Ball Activity, where a glass ball was used as a metaphor to explain the differences between objective, subjective, and normative truths. The facilitators also introduced the concept of the Crap-O-Meter to help young minds identify misinformation, rumours, and false narratives prevalent in society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The programme concluded with the felicitation of more than 40 students for their enthusiasm, creativity and meaningful participation.
