Upon assuming charge, he undertook a comprehensive review of the Department\u2019s mandate, functions and ongoing initiatives in relation to State Public Sector Undertakings (SPSUs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-56411 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Join-300x135.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Join-300x135.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Join.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He emphasised the need for adopting a proactive and reform-oriented approach, particularly with regard to strengthening the corporate governance framework of State PSUs. Stressing the importance of institutionalised and periodic performance reviews, he advised preparation of well-defined growth and financial trajectories aimed at improving efficiency and sustainability.
