These programmes help create an atmosphere of harmony and brotherhood in society, also reflecting the unique expressions of local folk traditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The festival is noted for its strong emphasis on youth engagement and women\u2019s empowerment, as Tusu songs traditionally provide a powerful platform for women to express social realities, aspirations, and cultural identity.
