{"id":55872,"date":"2026-01-13T16:48:38","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/?p=55872"},"modified":"2026-01-13T16:48:38","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:48:38","slug":"observance-of-pani-panchayat-pakhya-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2026\/01\/13\/observance-of-pani-panchayat-pakhya-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Observance of Pani Panchayat Pakhya, 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bhubaneswar ,13\/1\/2026 ( Odisha Samachar \/ Rajat Mohapatra )- After the observance of the Pani Panchayat Pakhya, 2026 in 136 Divisions of the state on 06<sup>th<\/sup> January, 2026 the Pakhya has been observed the second phase across 30 districts of the state on 13<sup>th<\/sup> January, 2026.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55873 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-6-300x147.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-6-300x147.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-6.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Pakhya gives us an opportunity to acknowledge the immense contribution being made by the Pani Panchayats and farmers in the water sector and to generate awareness amongst the stakeholders, across levels to be more aware about various facets of water governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Pani Panchayat Raths, carrying Information Education Communication\/ Social Behavioural Change Communication (IEC\/SBCC) materials and audio visuals, have in the meanwhile, after covering the projects, divisions and prominent places of the district, returned to the district headquarters on 13<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0 January, 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55874 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-1-300x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-1-300x150.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-1.jpeg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Banners, brochures, logo, slogan, tagline, anthem, oath etc. have also been shared to make the Pakhya eventful and participatory.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-55875 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-2-300x199.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-2-300x199.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-2-310x205.jpeg 310w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Z-2.jpeg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Districts hold Pani Panchayat Samabesha in presence of Pani Panchayat members, farmers and other important stakeholders. Exhibitions are also being conducted in convergence with the\u00a0District Level Mela on Farm Mechanisation being held by Department of Agriculture &amp; Farmers\u2019 Empowerment.
