The programme has been organised by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Odisha under the School &amp; Mass Education Department. The training will continue from December 1 to 5 with the objective of enhancing the practical skills and industry readiness of students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-54889 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-1-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-1.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Today\u2019s programme at CTTC, Bhubaneswar was graced by the presence of Smt. Niyati Pattnaik, Director, DHSE; Smt. Binita Senapati, Joint Director, DHSE; Sri Jitendra Nayak, Deputy Director, DHSE; L. Rajsekhar, General Manager, CTTC; and KM Rajan, Senior Manager (Training). At World skill center, the distinguished guests included Dr. Umakanta Sethy, OIC SAMS, DHSE, and Sri T. Thambi Rajah, Principal, WSC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on the occasion, Director Smt. Niyati Pattnaik appreciated the State Government\u2019s continued efforts to strengthen vocational education and highlighted the growing opportunities in IT-ITeS and E&amp;H sectors in today\u2019s technology-driven world. She expressed confidence that such hands-on training would significantly boost students\u2019 confidence and competence. Joint Director Smt. Binita Senapati emphasised the remarkable progress of vocational education in Odisha and stated that the programme would help students acquire both technical knowledge and employability skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-54890 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-2-300x183.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-2-300x183.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SKT-2.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Deputy Director Shri Jitendra Nayak underlined the importance of collaboration with premier institutions like CTTC and WSC to ensure high-quality practical training. CTTC General Manager Shri L. Rajashekhar and Senior Manager (Training) Shri K.M. Rajan praised the enthusiasm of the participating students and reiterated CTTC\u2019s commitment to supporting the State\u2019s vision of creating a skilled workforce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the World Skill Centre, Dr. Umakant Sethy highlighted vocational education as a transformative step in Odisha\u2019s education reforms. WSC Principal Shri T.
