Build. Progress.&#8221; the conclave brings together key stakeholders from Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), government departments, policy institutions, urban planners, technology providers, financial institutions, civil society, and academic experts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conclave was formally inaugurated by Dr. Krushna Chandra Mohapatra, Hon\u2019ble Minister, Housing &amp; Urban Development, Government of Odisha. In his keynote address, Dr. Mohapatra emphasized the critical role of sustainable urban infrastructure, efficient service delivery, and empowered local governance in building vibrant urban centres. Usha Padhee, Principal Secretary, Housing &amp; Urban Development Department, in her Context Setting highlighted the state\u2019s comprehensive urban development roadmap and the importance of collaborative governance, citizen-centric planning, and technological adoption to achieve future-ready cities.
