The deliberations focused on the criteria for incentive grants, strengthening of urban governance and fiscal discipline, improving performance in sanitation, enhancing human resources, capacity-building and training for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), establishment of robust Project Management Units (PMUs), improvement in accounting and financial management, augmentation of ULBs\u2019 own-source revenues, and sector-wise financial requirements for the period 2026\u201327 to 2030\u201331.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chairman of the 6th State Finance Commission, Dr. Arun Kumar Panda, led the discussions along with Members Prof. Asit Rajan Mohanty, Dr. Bibhu Prasad Nayak, and Member Secretary Dr. Satyapriya Ratha. Principal Secretary, H&amp;UD Department, Smt.
