Civil Supplies Officer (Retired), Sambalpur, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a case U\/s 13(2) r\/w 13(1)(e) of PC Act, 1988 <strong>for possessing disproportionate assets (DA),<\/strong> was convicted by Hon\u2019ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Bargarh and <strong>sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 years and fine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-854 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Vigilance-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"170\" \/>Odisha Vigilance will now move the competent authority for stoppage of pension of Sri Jibardhan Seth, Former ACSO (Retired), Sambalpur following his conviction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sri D.B. Patel, Ex-Inspector, Vigilance, SambalpurDivision had investigated the case and Sri Gourmohan Dash &amp;Sri RabinarayanBhoi, Spl.
