The Minister of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Shri\u00a0 Krushna Chandra Patra, visited the state food supply corporation and discussed with the officials regarding the progress of paddy procurement and ascertained the situation.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-50992 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PP-1-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"228\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PP-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PP-1-310x205.jpeg 310w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PP-1.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 228px) 100vw, 228px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since the paddy procurement process in the state is in the final phase, Minister Shri Patra directed the officials to expedite the procurement from eligible farmers. He also instructed officials to work on the holidays considering the farmers&#8217; interests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The minister also discussed with various district collectors and farmers in this regard. He discussed progress with Bolangir and Subarnapur district collectors.With this, he also enquired whether the minimum support price and input assistance for paddy is being received by farmers or not.
