Namita Mohapatra, Deputy Chief Architect, Works Department, who delivered the keynote address emphasizing the critical role of energy conservation in the building sector. A special address was delivered by\u00a0ShriPyarimohan Mishra, EIC (Electricity)-cum-PCEI(O), highlighting the significance of Energy Conservation Codes and the importance of compliance within the building sector.
