Emphasising the importance of human capital, he said, \u201cWe do not need buildings or software. We need people who will stay with us for a long time. He shared the government\u2019s progressive policies in infrastructure, talent development and R&amp;D, adding, \u201cOnly policy won\u2019t help as it will stay on paper.
