In a major boost to the state&#8217;s economy, the 41st High-Level Clearance Authority (HLCA) meeting held today approved 8 transformative industrial projects worth \u20b91,51,239.50 crore, with the potential to create over 60,200 job opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This landmark decision, personally greenlit by Hon\u2019ble CM Shri Mohan Majhi, is a reflection of the government\u2019s proactive approach to fast-track industrial growth, attract mega investments, and ensure large-scale employment for the youth of Odisha. Meanwhile, Supreme Metals Export Pvt Ltd plans a 1.2 MTPA rolling mill for TMT bars and wire rods in Keonjhar, worth \u20b91,500 crore, generating 680 jobs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the Textiles sector, Sportking India Ltd will invest \u20b92,055 crore in Khordha to establish a cotton and blended yarn manufacturing unit with an annual capacity of 62,000 MT, creating 4,800 employment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The projects approved in the 41st HLCA meeting reflect Odisha\u2019s strong commitment to industrial growth, job creation, and economic development. He further said that this progress is a clear step towards the national goal of \u201cViksit Bharat by 2047\u201d and the state\u2019s vision of \u201cSamruddha Odisha by 2036\u201d.
