Sonia Behera, Sri Bhaskar Raito and other Senior Officers\/ Staff of SSEPD Department were present in the review meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hon\u2019ble Minister reviewed different schemes\/ programs of the Department, status of sanction of social security pension, pending works\/projects, legal matter etc. in details and instructed concerned Officials to make periodic scrutiny of the programs\/schemes to ensure their timely disposal.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50061 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-2-300x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-2-300x150.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-2.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50062 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-3-300x159.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-3-300x159.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-3-310x165.jpeg 310w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-3.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>He also advised to take necessary steps to dissolve the administrative constraints and policy issues so that the deserving beneficiaries can easily avail themselves the benefits of different welfare schemes and programs. Hon\u2019ble Minister was happy to announce that additional 83,135 beneficiaries have been sanctioned social security pension at the enhanced rate of Rs. 3,500\/- per month and the total figure reached about 5 lakhs in the State.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50063 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-4-300x161.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-4-300x161.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-4-310x165.jpeg 310w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/R-4.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>He also advised the Department officers to make sure that the infrastructure of the projects are completed within the specified timeline and conduct regular visit to the institutions\/ special schools and Old Age Homes running in the State. Reviewing on the status of budget provision, Hon\u2019ble Minister focussed on 100% utilization of the budget of the Department and advised to ensure timely implementation of the welfare programs and activities for the elderly, PwDs and other target groups.
