The sessions were held from\u00a0<strong>5th December 2024 to 27th March 2025<\/strong>, spanning a total duration of\u00a0<strong>32 hours<\/strong>. The program was conducted by\u00a0<strong>Mr.Nasim Khan<\/strong>, a seasoned Corporate Trainer with extensive experience in soft skills and interview training.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-49477 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/G-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/G-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/G-1.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of\u00a0<strong>35 eminent faculty members<\/strong>\u00a0from various departments participated in the training. The primary objective was to equip faculty with the necessary tools and techniques to shape students\u2019 careers by making them industry-ready through proper interview skill development. The sessions were highly interactive and insightful, focusing on real-world applications and strategies for conducting effective personal interviews.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program concluded on\u00a0<strong>27th March 2025<\/strong>\u00a0with a closing ceremony. One group was recognized and awarded for their\u00a0<strong>best performance throughout the sessions<\/strong>. The trainer,\u00a0<strong>Mr.Nasim Khan<\/strong>, was\u00a0<strong>felicitated<\/strong>\u00a0by the\u00a0<strong>Registrar, Prof. Tarun Kumar<\/strong>, for his invaluable contribution.
