Dr. P.K Sahoo, Director, ICAR-Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture, Bhubaneswarwas the Chief Guest of the programme briefed about the PM-KISAN Scheme to the farmers and farmwomen present on the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He emphasized the significance of the installment, in supporting small and marginal farmers, encouraging them to utilize the funds effectively to enhance agricultural production.Shri P.C. Senapati, Chief District Agricultural Officer, Khordha mentioned about the beneficial schemes operated by central and state government for the farming community.\u00a0 Shri N. Five Progressive farmers\/farmwomen were felicitated for their significant contribution in agriculture and allied sector.\u00a0 An Exhibition was organised on this occasion and around 243 farmers and farmwomen, staff of ICAR-CIFA, KVK,Khordha and officials from state Govt. of Odisha attended the live streaming programme on PM-KISAN SammanNidhi.
