The national-level e-governance award award recognizes excellence in leveraging technology for public service delivery and was conferred during the Technology Sabha event held in Hyderabad from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-47722 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/WAT-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/WAT-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/WAT.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>Developed in technical collaboration with NIC, Odisha State Centre, Bhubaneswar, the Water Quality Data Acquisition &amp; Monitoring System is an online integrated workflow-oriented platform that combines Government-to-Citizen (G2C) and Government-to-Governmet (G2G) services with real-time systems. It aims to provide a comprehensive solution for Water Quality sample collection, testing, and Data Surveillance Monitoring using web-enabled and mobile app-driven technologies across urban areas of Odisha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The system facilitates<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Real-time Quality Surveillance ensuring safe water supply to every household.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efficient Incidence Management for quick problem resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enhanced Consumer Complaint Redressal for improved customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gurucharan Das MD, WATCO &amp; Sr officers from the organization presented it to Smt. Usha Padhee, Principal Secretary, Housing &amp; Urban Development Department . Sri Debasis Singh, Special Secretary, was also present during the presentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smt. Padhee congratulated the MD WATCO &amp; his team, stating, &#8220;This achievement is a testament to Odisha&#8217;s commitment to leveraging digital governance for improved public service delivery.
