In his address, he praised the athletes for their remarkable achievements, stating that Odisha secured the 12th position among the top 15 states in the country in 38th National Games. He said, Our athletes are our pride. The essence of sports lies in celebrating victories and using defeats as motivation to achieve greater success. Our government is committed to the holistic development of sports and athletes. The government has decided to construct block-level stadiums in Odisha.
